Shipping & Delivery

We currently deliver only to the contiguous 48 U.S. states and Washington, DC. We do not deliver to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. territories or associated overseas regions, APO/FPO or other military addresses, or P.O. Boxes. International shipping is not currently available.

Processing & Tailoring: 3–6 business days after your order and payment are confirmed.

Standard Shipping: $12.99 USD for a discounted merchandise subtotal below $70 USD. Free Standard Shipping for a discounted merchandise subtotal of $70 USD or more, before taxes and shipping. Estimated transit time: 5–9 business days.

Express Shipping: $29.99 USD for all eligible orders, including orders of $70 USD or more. Estimated transit time: 3–5 business days. Express Shipping does not shorten processing or tailoring time.

Estimated total delivery: Standard: 8–15 business days. Express: 6–11 business days. These estimates include processing and transit time and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Each dress is carefully prepared after your order is placed. Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Delivery estimates may vary during holidays, peak seasons, customs processing, or carrier delays. If your order requires additional preparation time, please contact us before ordering.

If you need your dress for a specific event date, contact admin@vetalise.com before placing your order. Providing an event date does not guarantee delivery by that date.

Returns & Refunds

Deadlines: Email admin@vetalise.com within 14 calendar days after delivery to request an eligible return. Obtain approval before returning it. Within 7 calendar days after approval, ship it and provide a valid tracking number. Approval waiting time does not reduce your timely request rights; arrival in China within 14 days is not required.

Destination & shipping: U.S. customer returns go to mainland China; we provide the address privately after approval. For ordinary returns, you pay cross-border return shipping. Contact us before purchasing to ask about costs and shipping requirements.

No restocking fee: All approved returns have a $0 restocking fee, with no equivalent handling or processing fee.

Our responsibility: For verified defects, damage, incorrect or incomplete items attributable to VETALISE, we cover reasonable, pre-approved return shipping costs. Contact us before arranging return shipping.

Eligibility: Ordinary returns require unworn, unwashed, unaltered items with original tags and packaging. Custom-size, custom-color and clearly marked final-sale items are excluded from change-of-mind returns. Remedies for VETALISE-responsibility issues still apply to these items, as do rights that cannot be excluded by law. See the full policy for all eligibility conditions and exclusions.

Refund timing: We inspect authorized returns and notify you within 5 business days after arrival at the designated facility. Approved refunds are initiated to your original payment method within 3 business days after approval; bank or payment-provider posting time is additional.

Cancellation: An unshipped order can be canceled for a full refund if our support inbox receives your request within 24 hours after payment, even if production or tailoring has begun.
