Track Your Order
You can track your VETALISE order once it has been shipped.
After your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information when available. Please allow some time for the carrier to activate and update the tracking information after the package has been picked up.
How to Track Your Order
Please check your shipping confirmation email for your tracking number and carrier information.
Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear after shipment.
If your tracking information does not update immediately, please allow additional time and check again later.
Order Preparation & Tailoring
Most VETALISE dresses are prepared or made to order.
Our standard tailoring and preparation time is approximately 3–6 business days after your order and payment have been confirmed.
Custom sizing, custom colors, personalized details, alterations, or other special requests may require additional preparation or production time.
Tracking information becomes available only after your order has been shipped.
Estimated Shipping Times
After tailoring and preparation are complete, estimated shipping times are:
Processing & Tailoring: 3–6 business days after your order and payment are confirmed.
Standard Shipping: $12.99 USD for a discounted merchandise subtotal below $70 USD. Free Standard Shipping for a discounted merchandise subtotal of $70 USD or more, before taxes and shipping. Estimated transit time: 5–9 business days.
Express Shipping: $29.99 USD for all eligible orders, including orders of $70 USD or more. Estimated transit time: 3–5 business days. Express Shipping does not shorten processing or tailoring time.
Estimated total delivery: Standard: 8–15 business days. Express: 6–11 business days. These estimates include processing and transit time and are not guaranteed delivery dates.
Total Delivery Time = Tailoring & Preparation Time + Shipping Time
Available shipping methods and delivery times may vary depending on your destination.
Delivery Area & Tracking
We currently deliver only to the contiguous 48 U.S. states and Washington, DC. We do not deliver to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. territories or associated overseas regions, APO/FPO or other military addresses, or P.O. Boxes. International shipping is not currently available.
Tracking updates may take additional time due to customs processing, local carrier transfers, holidays or peak seasons.
Event Date Notice
If you need your dress for a specific event date, we recommend placing your order as early as possible.
You may provide your event date when ordering to help us understand your timeline, but providing an event date does not guarantee delivery by that date.
For time-sensitive orders, please contact us before placing your order so we can help you review the estimated tailoring and delivery timeline.
