Choosing the right dress for a wedding, celebration, or special occasion takes time and care. This guide is designed to help you select the right style, size, color, and event timeline before placing your order.
Choose by Occasion
Start by considering the occasion and dress code.
For weddings:
Mother of the bride dresses, mother of the groom dresses, bridesmaid dresses, and formal occasionwear are usually selected based on the wedding theme, venue, season, and color palette.
For formal events:
Evening dresses, floor-length gowns, refined midi dresses, and elegant occasionwear are suitable for dinners, galas, ceremonies, and formal celebrations.
For homecoming or special celebrations:
Shorter dresses, midi styles, soft colors, and youthful silhouettes may be more suitable depending on the event.
Choose by Length
Floor-Length Dresses:
A refined choice for weddings, formal events, evening occasions, and elegant celebrations.
Midi & Tea-Length Dresses:
A polished option for garden weddings, daytime celebrations, semi-formal events, and customers who prefer an easier walking length.
Short Dresses:
Suitable for homecoming, parties, cocktail events, and less formal occasions.
Choose by Silhouette
A-Line:
Flattering, comfortable, and suitable for many body types.
Sheath or Column:
Clean, elegant, and refined. Best for customers who prefer a sleek silhouette.
Fit and Flare:
Feminine and polished, with more shape through the waist and movement through the skirt.
Empire Waist:
Soft and graceful, often suitable for a comfortable and elegant look.
Choose by Fabric
Chiffon:
Lightweight, soft, and flowing. Often suitable for weddings, bridesmaid dresses, and elegant occasionwear.
Satin:
Smooth, refined, and polished. A good choice for formal events and evening looks.
Lace:
Romantic and detailed, suitable for weddings, mother of the bride dresses, and classic occasionwear.
Jacquard:
Structured, elegant, and decorative. Suitable for formal events and polished statement styles.
Tulle or Organza:
Light, airy, and feminine, often used for soft occasionwear details.
Choose the Right Size
Please review the VETALISE Size Chart before placing your order.
Do not choose only based on your usual daily clothing size, because formal dresses may fit differently from regular clothing.
Measure your bust, waist, hips, hollow to floor, height, and heel height carefully.
If your measurements fall between two sizes, we recommend choosing the larger size and having the dress adjusted by a professional tailor if needed.

Custom size items are prepared according to the customer’s submitted measurements and may not be eligible for return or refund unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error.
Choose the Right Color
Colors may look slightly different due to screen settings, lighting, photography, fabric batches, and display differences.
For weddings and coordinated events, we recommend choosing colors based on the event theme, season, venue, and overall color palette.
If you are ordering for a bridal party or coordinated group, please place orders as early as possible and review color choices carefully.
Event Date Planning
If you need your dress for a specific event date, please place your order as early as possible.
Providing an event date helps us understand your timeline, but it does not guarantee delivery by that date.
Made-to-order dresses, custom size orders, custom color orders, and special request items may require additional preparation or production time before shipment.
