Measurement Guide
Accurate measurements are important when choosing a formal dress, special occasion dress, bridesmaid dress, or mother of the bride dress. Please follow this guide carefully before placing your order.
For the best fit, we recommend asking someone else to help you take your measurements. Stand naturally, keep the measuring tape level, and do not pull the tape too tight.
What You Need
A soft measuring tape
A mirror
A fitted outfit or light undergarments
The shoes or similar heel height you plan to wear with the dress
A helper, if possible
Important Measuring Tips
Measure over fitted clothing or undergarments.
Do not measure over bulky clothing.
Keep the measuring tape flat and level.
Do not pull the tape too tightly.
Stand straight with your feet together.
Take each measurement more than once to confirm accuracy.
If your measurements fall between sizes, we recommend choosing the larger size.
Bust
Measure around the fullest part of your bust.
Keep the measuring tape straight across your back and level around your body.
Do not measure too tightly.
Waist
Measure around the narrowest part of your natural waist.
This is usually above the belly button and below the rib cage.
Keep the tape comfortable, not tight.
Hips
Measure around the fullest part of your hips and seat.
Stand with your feet together and keep the measuring tape level.
Hollow to Floor
Measure from the hollow at the base of your neck straight down to the floor.
Stand upright and keep your feet together.
This measurement is especially important for floor-length dresses.
Height
Measure from the top of your head to the floor while standing straight.
Do not include heel height in this measurement.
Heel Height
Measure the height of the shoes you plan to wear with the dress.
If you have not chosen shoes yet, please provide your expected heel height.

Please double-check all custom measurements before submitting your order.
Custom size items are prepared according to the measurements provided by the customer and may not be eligible for return or refund unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error.
Event Date
If you need your dress for a specific event date, please provide your event date when placing your order.
Providing an event date helps us understand your timeline, but it does not guarantee delivery by that date.
Please place your order as early as possible before your event.
Size Selection Advice
Please do not choose your usual daily clothing size without checking the VETALISE size chart.
Formal dresses may fit differently from regular clothing.
If your measurements match different sizes, choose the size based on the largest measurement, especially bust, waist, or hips.
A dress can often be adjusted smaller by a professional tailor, but it may be difficult to make a dress larger.
Color, Fit, and Fabric Notes
Product colors may vary slightly due to screen settings, lighting, photography, fabric batches, and display differences.
Fit may vary slightly depending on fabric, dress construction, lining, stretch, and style.
Small measurement differences may occur due to manual measurement and dress construction.
